ORDER

We have heard learned counsel and considered the submissions. There is delay of 118 days in filing of the revision petition. No application for condonation of delay is filed by the petitioner. The counsel would submit that there was delay because of the fact that review application was filed before the State Commission and it was pending. The time consumed in pursuing such invalid proceedings of the review petition, which was not maintainable at all, cannot be regarded as sufficient cause for committing delay in filing of the revision. Moreover, no details of such cause are to be found and therefore, the learned counsel now seeks time to file delay condonation application. We deem it proper to reject such request. The petition is therefore dismissed.
