ORDER

     Sh.Ravi Sharma, Advocate, puts in appearance on behalf of accused/JDs and filed memorandum of appearance. He has filed certified copy of stay order dated 22.02.2019 passed by Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in Revision Petition No.3379 of 2018. He has stated that in compliance with the said order of the Hon’ble National Commission, Rs.5000/- by way of demand draft will be sent to the complainant and he has filed photocopy of draft of an amount of Rs.5000/- drawn in favour of complainant.

     At this stage, counsel for complainant wants to make statement. Recorded and placed on file. In view of the statement made by counsel for complainant, the present criminal complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh after the decision of revision petition No.3379 of 2018 by Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, if need so arises. Bailable warrants issued against the accused persons are hereby cancelled and be called back unexecuted.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
