                                                                                     Anita Versus Rani Sarees etc.

                                     Present: Sh Pankaj Parmar , Advocate for Complainant.

                                        Sh Rahul kumar Singhla, Manager for Op.

                                        Parties have settled their dispute amicably. In view of the same Op is ready to pay the amount of 9,533/- to the complainant, subject to deposit of old suit. Ld. Counsel for the complainant received Rs. 9,533/- from the Op with assurance to hand over the complainant and also returned the old suit to opposite party. Statement of Id.complainant and Op recorded in this context. In view of the same, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised in Lok adalat. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
