The appeal is filed from the order dated 11/5/07 passed by the CDRF, Ernakulam in C.C.No.403/06 when this appeal was taken up for admission hearing there was no representation for the appellant. Notice was also issued to the counsel for the appellant. But even thereafter there was no representation. A perusal of the impugned order passed by the Forum below would show that there is no illegality or irregularity in the said order. There is no sustainable ground to interfere with the impugned order passed by the Forum below in OP No.403/06. Hence this appeal is dismissed at the admission stage itself.
