ORDER

Mr. Satish Mishra, advocate present. When the matter was taken on 11-04-2013, learned counsel had specifically taken a stand that the following documents had formed a part of the records before the Fora below:-- (1) Notice issued to the complainant before re-possession of the vehicle. (2) Notice issued to the complainant before auction of the vehicle by the OP. (3) The evidence of opportunity given to the complainant to purchase the vehicle at the bid price. (4) Communication from the OP to the complainant intimating the award of the arbitrator appointed by the District Judge, New Delhi in proceedings initiated by the OP. 2. He was, therefore, permitted time, as per his request, to produce proof of the same with annexure numbers of the documents, as filed before the Fora below. It was also clarified that no further time will be given in this behalf and in the event of failure to produce the documents; the petitioner will also be liable for punitive cost for wastage of time of the Commission. 3. Learned counsel has no further submissions to make except that he is unable to produce the relevant records. 4. The revision petition is, therefore, dismissed with punitive cost of Rs.10,000/- which shall be deposited with the onsumer Welfare Fundof the Central Government in terms of Rule 10 A of the Consumer Protection Rules, 1987. The deposit shall be made within a period of two months. Delay, if any, shall carry interest @ 11%.
