The Complainant  is present in person. Adv for Opponent is present.  The Complainant  filed an application  for withdrawal the complaint as matter is  amicably settled between the parties out of Court. Application is allowed. The complaint is disposed of accordingly. Hence  we pass the following order :-

1. The Complainant’s complaint has been withdrawn and closed.

2. No order as to costs.

3. The  Certified copy of this order be furnished to both the parties   free of cost.

   4. The member sets (if any) shall be returned to the complainant. In case, Complainant fails to collect the said sets within a period of 30 days from the receipt of copy of member set, the same may be destroyed.
