Appellant Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company Limited  is not party in complaint before District Consumer Forum. No order has been passed against appellant by District Consumer Forum.

In view of above appellant is not an aggrieved person. Therefore, appeal is not entertained.

Appeal is disposed of finally as above.

The amount deposited by appellant under Section 15 of the Consumer Protection Act in this appeal shall be refunded to appellant.
