Statement of OP was recorded on 23.02.2024 w.r.t. the settlement. Accordingly in view of the statement, the matter is being disposed off & it is ordered.

“that OP would return the amount of Rs. Rs. 14,42,875/- to the complainant alongwith interest @10 p.a. from the date of each deposit within two months from today. It is further stated that if the OP would make the payment within two months then OP would not pay any compensation & legal expenses but in any case, if the payment is not made within two months from today then OP would pay Rs.14,42,875/- with interest @12% p.a alongwith compensation/litigation charge of Rs.25,000/-  from the date of each deposit.” To make the payment to the complainant to the extent of Rs. 14,42,875/-.

Matter is disposed off as settled.

Copy of this order be supplied/sent to both the parties free of cost as per rules.
