          Ishu Kapoor-complainant vide his separate statement (Annexure J) recorded today has stated that he and his mother Smt. Devinder Kapoor-complainant No.1 have received the entire payment alongwith TDS certificates from Ramprastha Promoters and Developers Private Limited-opposite party in full and final settlement of their claim and as such does not want to proceed further with the complaint and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. 

2.      It is ordered accordingly.
