                                                C.C.No.31 of 2014.

Smt. Beena Garg Versus Ramprasatha Sare Reality Pvt. Ltd. & others.

Present:     Sh. P.K.Punia, Adv. for the complainant.

                  Ops already exparte.

 

                   Today this case was fixed for arguments.  However, the ld. Counsel for the complainant made statement to the effect that he withdraws the present complaint with the liberty to file afresh before the appropriate authority. 

                Keeping in view the statement made by ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.  However, the complainant is at liberty to file afresh complaint before the competent court/authority.  Exemption of time spent before this Forum is granted in terms of the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the case titled “Laxmi Engineering Works versus PSG Industrial Institute  (1995) 3 SCC page 583”.  File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
