Case called out repeatedly. Complainant is absent. It appears from perusal of the record that, the complainant is not appearing in this case. It also appears that, the present complaint case was restored on 01/06/2012 in compliance of the order dated 06/04/2017 passed by the Hon’ble State Commission in Appeal no. 689 of 2015. By this order, the complainant was directed to appear before this Forum on 01/06/2017 but, he did not appear before this Forum on 01/06/2017. Since then, as many as four dates were given but, the complainant has not turned-up. In aforementioned circumstances, there appears no justification for further proceedings in the present case. The case is dismissed in absence of the complainant. Let record be consigned.
