Complainant is absent. Record was put up before the forum. We have perused the record from perusal it appears that this case was filed on 04.01.2017 and admitted on 27.04.2017. It further appears that complainant after four moths time filed requisites and then notice were sent but o.p’s did not appear hence,V.O.D. 23.12.2017 complainant directed to set the notice served by publishing it in daily newspaper but on 04.01.2018  complainant made on application to set notice served by appointing a spl. Messenger. However as of now the complainant neither get the notice served by publishing in daily newspaper nor took step to send through spl. Messenger. The complainant is lying absent for the last five dates, this show’s that complainant has no interest in this case hence, this consumer complaint case dismissed for default.
