                    Ms. Pratiksha Bhargava, learned counsel for the petitioner.

                    This revision petition against the order dated 14.02.2023 passed in C.C.No.875/2022 by the District Commission, Gwalior is barred by more than two months. However, no application for condonation of delay supported by an affidavit stating the facts on which the petitioner relies upon to satisfy this Commission that there was sufficient cause for not filing the revision petition within period of limitation, has been filed.

                   In such circumstances, the revision petition is dismissed as barred by limitation.
