                 Shri Parag Kale, learned counsel for the petitioner.

                 This revision is barred by three months and five days.

                  On 05/12/2016 we issued an order for issuance of notice of the application for condonation of delay, to the respondent on payment of p.f. within 7 days.

                 The petitioner despite the said order did not furnished p.f. till date.    Opportunities were granted on 06/02/2017 and 12/05/2017 but the p.f. was not furnished.

                 On 12/05/2017 a cost of Rs.200/- was also imposed but neither the cost has been deposited nor the p.f. has been paid.

                Learned counsel for the petitioner once again prays for time to comply with the order for p.f, but it appears to us that sufficient opportunities have already been granted and the petitioner has not complied with the orders passed by this Commission.

                  This revision is therefore, dismissed for non-compliance of the order passed by this Commission.
