Mr. Shyam Moorjani, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, submits that since all the dues of the Petitioner, namely, Ajmer Vidyut Nitran Nigam Ltd., have been paid by the Respondent, before his death, he has instructions to state that nothing survives in the revision petition. He, however, submits that the observation in the impugned order with regard to Fuel Surcharge and Meter Rent were uncalled for. Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed as not pressed. In view of the fact that the revision petition has been withdrawn, we deem it unnecessary to make any comment on the question of Fuel Surcharge and Meter Rent. As and when such a question arises, it will be considered on its own merits uninfluenced by any observation in the order.
