            Shri Vijay Tiwari, learned counsel for the appellant.

            As per order dated 12.6.2019 four weeks time was granted to file application for condonation of delay, affidavit and to file receipt of cost deposited.

          But counsel for the appellant complied with the order dated 12.06.2019 on 12.07.2019, whereas four weeks time had expired on 10.07.2019.

          In the circumstances, the appeal stands dismissed for non compliance of the order dated 12.06.2019, without further reference to the Bench.
