Complainant and Opposite Party-2 filed compromise dated 13.01.2017 which has been attested by this Forum on the same date.  Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, we therefore direct OP-2 to refund the 85% i.e. Rs.23,375/- of the cost of said Refrigerator amounting to Rs. 27,500/- to the complainant as against full & final settlement within 45 days. The complainant will return the defective Refrigerator to the OP-2.

This order shall be complied with by OP-2 within a period 45 days failing which an additional interest of Rs. 10% per annum will be payable on whole above amount from the date of this order till payment to the complainant. The case of the complainant is disposed off as settled. File be consigned to record room.
