ORDER

 

          Both sides present and heard. Cost of Rs.1500/- paid to the Respondent/Complainant  and   thereby   the   conditional   order  of   this  Commission

Dated  17.01.2018  was  complies  with. Hence, this  appeal  is  allowed  and  the Order

of  the  District  Forum, Chennai (North)  passed  in  CC.No.121/2014 dated 05.02.2015

is  set  aside  and  the  case  is  remanded  back  to the District Forum, Chennai (North)

for fresh disposal.

 

          Both   parties   are   directed   to  appear   before  this  District  Forum,  Chennai

(North)  on  26.03.2018  on  which  date  the appellant/opposite party is directed to file

vakalath,  written version,  proof affidavit and documents if any.

 

          The District Forum shall proceed with the case further and dispose of the complaint within 3 months on merits as per rules.

 

          Regarding the mandatory deposit already made before this Commission shall abide by the order of the District Forum.
