The learned counsel for the parties are present.  There has been an agreement between the parties.  The complainant,
Sh. Ramesh Surchand  Patil  has agreed  to  accept Rs. 30,000/- in full and  final settlement of  their dispute  with the  petitioner, Mahyco Vegetable Seeds Ltd.  (now  known  as  Maharashtra Hybrid Seed Co. Ltd.).  The said  amount  be paid to the complainant within two weeks.  The petitioner/opposite party is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs. 20,000/-, which has already been deposited with the fora below for his own use, along with interest accrued thereon, if any.

The petitioner shall pay the aforesaid amount to the complainant, within  two  weeks, otherwise, it shall carry interest at the rate of 9% p.a. after expiry of two weeks, till its realization.   Subject  to  this condition, the complainant will withdraw his complaint.  The order of this Commission be complied with immediately, otherwise, the execution court would be at liberty to execute the same.  The same is deemed to be dismissed as withdrawn.
