Delay of 29 days in filing the revision petition is condoned.

           Although, counsel for the petitioner has made an arguable point, we are not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the State Commission because the amount involved in this case is only

Rs.4,000/-.  Litigations costs would be much more than the amount involved.  Dismissed.

          However, the impugned order be not taken as a precedent for future reference.
