13.08.22 (National Lok Adalat)
Today the case is fixed for disposal of the revision in National Lok Adalat.
As per paper No. 20, a compromise has been arrived at between the parties and in view of the said compromise, a demand draft No. 457684 dated 22.06.2022 of Rs. 22,500/- (Rupees Twenty Two Thousand Five Hundred only) has already been given by the revisionists to the opposite party – Sh. Ramesh Kumar Madan.
The above demand draft has been received by the opposite party – Sh. Ramesh Kumar Madan before the Commission on 20.07.2022.
Sh. Ramesh Kumar Madan – opposite party has moved an application stating that he does not want not to proceed the complaint case in future against the revisionists.
As per the compromise, the matter is resolved between the parties, hence, no dispute remains between the parties.
In the light of the said compromise (paper No. 20), the revision petition shall stand as dismissed. No order as to costs.
The said compromise shall form part of the order.
A copy of the order be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal and necessary compliance.
File be consigned to the record room alongwith the copy of the order.
