This order is arising out the MA being no – 211/2018 filed by the complainant in the CC no- 428/2015 praying for amendment in the Cause Title of the complaint in respect of the name of the OP 1. But subsequently the complainant has put an endorsement on the margin of the said application as not pressed. The complainant has prayed for an order on this application. Copy is served.
Upon perusal of the endorsement made by the complainant in our view that as the complainant is not inclined to proceed with this application further, hence the application be dismissed. It is ordered that MA 211/2018 is hereby dismissed on contest on the ground of non-prosecution.
