Adv. Mr C W Moharil for the appellant is present. Respondent- Ramesh Khadse is also present. 

          On the request application of the appellant the matter is taken on today’s board.

          Mr Pravin Jain, who is the employee of the appellant Hindustan Leaver Ltd appeared and filed authority letter issued by Mr Ashwin Tyagi, who is power of attorney holder of appellant. 

          Mr Pravin Jain, who is authorised person of the appellant – Company and respondent – Mr Ramesh have submitted compromise Pursis. They have admitted the contents of Pursis as true & correct and signed it before this Commission. They both are identified by Adv. Mr C W Moharil. Hence, we verify and accept the Pursis.

           As per Compromise Pursis, Mr Pravin Jain, authorised person of the appellant – Company has handed over the Demand Draft of Rs.60,000/-, drawn on HSBC Bank to the respondent.

                The appeal is disposed in terms of compromise.

                Copy of this order be supplied to the parties.
