ORDER

It is stated by  ld. counsel  for the petitioner ( in R.P. No.  2259/2012) on instructions, that Respondent/Insurance Company in terms of order passed by the District Forum has paid the awarded amount i.e. Rs.10 lac (Rupees Ten lac only) to the Complainants in this case. Therefore, petitioner does not want to pursue with the present petition and same may be dismissed as withdrawn.

          Shri Pratap Singh Parmar, ld. counsel for Petitioners/Complainants  (In R.P. NO.2286 of 2013) on instructions states, that complainants have received the sum of Rs.10 lac (Rupees Ten lac only) as awarded by the District Forum. In view of this fact, the complainants do not want to pursue the Revision Petition No.2286 of 2013 filed by  them for enhancement. All the allegations made by the complainants against M/s. Kohli Nursing Home/Respondent (in R.P. No.2286/2013) shall be treated as withdrawn. Further, the complaint filed by the complainants before the District Forum shall be treated to be dismissed as withdrawn.

          In view of the above statement made by ld. counsel for the parties, the above noted revision petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn.

          Consequently, the consumer complaint filed by the complainants before the District Forum shall be treated to be dismissed as withdrawn.

          Any amount lying deposited by the petitioner (M/s. Kohli Nursing Home) before the consumer fora in this case, be  returned to them after due identification.

          With these observations, the above noted revision petitions stand disposed of.

          Dasti to all parties.
