        In view of the above aspect, the consumer complaint is not admitted and liable to be dismissed being ‘not pressed’. Hence,

ORDERED

        That the consumer complaint is not admitted being ‘not pressed’.

        In view of non admission of consumer complaint, the application U/s 34 (2) (b) of CP Act, 2019 is not tenable and rejected. Thus, MA No.64 of 2021 is disposed of.
