Advocate Mr.Shah is present for appellant. Advocate Ms.Gajbhiye is present for respondent No.1. Appellant has filed application for condonation of delay of four days in filing of this appeal. Heard the learned advocate for appellant as well as respondent. We have gone through the contents of the application and the grounds made out in the application do not show that there was any deliberate delay. As such we are inclined to allow the delay of four days in filing the present application in the interest of justice. Appeal is taken on record. Appellant has submitted that the stay granted earlier may be extended. As such stay granted earlier is hereby extended till final hearing on stay application. Adjourned to 20/04/2024.
