09.03.2019                  Shri Ruchir Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the appellant.

                                    The appellant has filed application seeking withdrawal of this appeal with a request to allow him to withdraw the amount of pre-deposit.  The respondent no.1 – Mukesh has also filed an application stating therein that he has received the amount in terms of the order passed by the District Forum, Harda.

                                    The said applications are taken on record and marked collectively as Ex. “X” for identification.

We have gone through the terms of settlement as recorded in applications Ex. “X”.The same is lawful.

In the circumstances as agreed by the parties and their respective counsel the appeal is disposed of in terms and conditions of the accompanied compromise applications, Ex.”X”.The same shall be treated as an order and shall be binding and enforceable between the parties as provided under The Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987.The appellant is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by him as per the requirement of Section 15 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.
