Case called out. Parties are present through Counsel. The complainant has filed application for dismissal of the present complaint on the ground that, he has received a cheque of Rs.9,000/- from the opposite party in full satisfaction of his claim and presently, there is no dispute in between the parties. The Learned Counsel for the opposite party has endorsed his “no objection” on this application. Keeping in view, the aforesaid facts, the present complaint is liable to be dismissed. The present complaint is dismissed accordingly. Both the parties shall bear their own costs. Let the record be consigned.
