Final Order / Judgement

      This matter is placed before the National Lok Adalat.

      Learned counsel for both the parties are present and agreed that if the amount of compensation and cost is reduced in the spirit of Lok Adalat, the matter may be disposed of.

      In view of above, we considered the submission of both the parties and modified the impugned order directing   appellant to pay Rs.2000/- towards compensation and cost of Rs.1000/- be paid to respondent within a period of 45 days from today.

      The matter is disposed of in Lok Adalat.
