Appellant as well as its counsel Mr. Joharapurkar are absent. None for the respondent is present. However, Proxy Adv. Miss Lakudkar appeared with authority letter of Adv. Mr. Joharapurkar for the appellant and filed withdrawal pursis mentioning therein that the matter is already settled between the parties. Therefore, the appellant do not want to proceed with the appeal. Hence the appeal is disposed of for want of prosecution. No order as to cost.
