- Heard the Ld. Lawyer for the Revisionist. Perused the records.
- The revisionist has filed the instant revision application against the order dated 18.08.2022 passed by the Ld. District Commission, Muzaffarpur in Complaint no. 31 of 2013 whereby and whereunder the prayer for the recall of the witness engineer for cross examination by the revisionist has been rejected.
- We have gone through the impugned order. Ld. District Commission has assigned reasons in passing the impugned order. Moreover, there is no provision under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to recall a witness for cross examination who has been duly discharged. We do not find any illegality in passing the impugned order. As such the instant revision application is not admitted for hearing and is dismissed at the admission stage itself.
