Mr. Hemant Hans, counsel for the applicant-appellant.

                    File taken up today, on filing of M.A. No.434 of 2024, on 13.05.2024, in registry of this Commission. Through this M.A. appellant-Bank has prayed for depositing claim satisfaction amount, net of court fee paid to this Commission in above appeal.

                   Learned counsel for applicant has contended that: Bank be permitted to deposit the amount as awarded after deduction of statutory amount deposited with this Commission while filing this appeal.

                   May be, earlier vide order dated 16.02.2024 passed by this Commission, Interim stay prayed by appellant was not granted and application of stay was disposed of accordingly, yet in view of above prayer made in above application (M.A. No.434 of 2024), it is observed that: appellant shall now deposit; the awarded amount after deduction of statutory amount with the District Consumer Commission within 45 days from today, which amount shall thereafter be disbursed in favour of complainant-Ram Parkash on his furnishing adequate security to the satisfaction of the learned District Consumer Commission. This being so, M.A. No.434 of 2024 stands disposed of.
