Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. In our view, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, more particularly, the factum of non-delivery of 115 bags of potatoes to the complainant, the impugned order is eminently justified and suffer from no illegality, material irregularly or jurisdictional error ,.2.. which calls four our interference in revisional jurisdiction u/s 21 (b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. Even otherwise, the revision petition has been filed after a considerable delay. Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed.
