Heard. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that present petition has been amicably settled between the parties. As per statement, petitioner shall pay in all a sum of Rs.4,000/- to the respondent, to which counsel for respondent has no objection. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition stands disposed of. In view of the statement, petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.4,000/-(Rupees Four Thousand Only) to the respondent, within a period of one month from today. It has also been agreed between the parties that before handing over the sum of Rs.4,000/- to the respondent, respondent shall hand-over Registration Certificate as well as Insurance Policy/Cover Note of the vehicle in question to the petitioner. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of in view of the above settlement. Dasti.
