          File is taken up again as per application filed by appellant to pass the order about refund of statutory amount deposited at the time of filing of appeal No.542 of 2015 titled as “M/s ICICI Prulife Towers and Anr. Vs. Ram Kumar Mor and Anr.” decided on 18.03.2016.

2.      Heard.

3.      Due to inadvertence, order about refund of statutory amount deposited at the time of filing of appeal cannot be passed while deciding the appeal No.542 of 2015 titled as “M/s ICICI Prulife Towers and Anr. Vs. Ram Kumar Mor and Anr.” decided on 18.03.2016.

4.      Statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited at the time of filing the appeal be refunded to the applicants/appellants against proper receipt and identification in accordance with rules.
