Learned counsel Sh. Deepak Ahluwalia for the appellants has appeared.

A compromise (paper No. 69) has already been filed on record, which is duly accepted by both the parties and also duly verified.

As the matter has been compromised between the parties, therefore, the appeal is decided in terms of compromise accordingly. The impugned order shall stand as modified to such extent in terms of compromise.

A compromise shall form part of the decree. No order as to costs.

Statutory amount deposited by the appellant be released in favour of the appellant.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order. A copy of this order be sent to the District Commission concerned for perusal and necessary action and for keeping it in record of the original case. Original file be sent back to the District Commission concerned.
