Today is fixed for filing show-cause by the complainant. O.p.nos.1 & 2 and O.p. no.3 are found present and ready. As per submission of O.p. nos.1 & 2, O.p. no.4 died in the year 2018 and no step has been taken by the complainant with regard to substitution of legal heirs of O.p. no.4 till date. Complainant is found absent. No show-cause has been filed by the complainant even at 01.00 p.m. On call nobody appears for the complainant. All these factors are clearly reflected that the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case. In the result,

it is accordingly,

that the complaint case no.346/2018 be and the same is dismissed for non-compliance of the order of this District Commission. No order is passed as to cost.
