None has appeared on behalf of the appellant inpsite of several calls, whereas learned counsel Sh. Shrigopal Narson for respondent has appeared.

A perusal of the court notice dated 13.05.2022 has revealed that the same has been delivered to the Uttarakhand Jal Sansthan, Roorkee and its track report is available on record at paper No. 60, which has also depicted that the court notice item delivery was confirmed to the appellant, but neither the appellant nor its counsel has appeared before the Commission for contesting the appeal.

In such circumstance, it appears that the appellant does not want to contest the appeal.

Hence, in the absence of appellant – Uttarakhand Jal Sansthan, the appeal shall stand as dismissed.  No order as to costs.

A copy of the order be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal and necessary information.

                  File be consigned to the record room alongwith the copy of the order. Original file be sent back to the Commission concerned.
