Present petition is pending since 2007. As per last order, Mr. Sanjay Singh, Advocate was given last opportunity to file his Vakalantma on behalf of the petitioner and matter was adjourned for today subject to payment of Rs. 10,000/-. Till date, neither petitioner counsel has filed his Vakalatnama nor he has deposited adjournment cost. Under these circumstances, present petition stands dismissed in default as well as for non compliance of order of this Commission.
