The appellant submitted that he does not intend to proceed with the appeal.
The Learned Advocate for the respondent does not raise any objection.

This appeal has been preferred against Order No. 48 dated 21.11.2019 in connection with the E.A. Case No. 27 of 2015 disposing the execution case on full satisfaction.
Perused the impugned order. We do not find any illegality in it.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
The impugned order dated 21.11.2019 in E.A. No. 27/2015 passed by Learned DCDRF, Baruipur is upheld.
There shall be no order as to the costs.
Let a copy of the judgement be sent to the Learned DCDRF, Baruipur.
