This case record is placed before the Ld. Judges, National Lok-Adalat on this day which is held at the court room at D.C.D.R.C., Howrah. Both parties and their Ld. Lawyers are found present.

As per submission of Ld. Lawyer of both sides the mother case being No.84/2021 has been disposed off as the dispute involved in that case have been amicably settled.

It is also pointed out by the Ld. Lawyer of the applicant side that as the original case being No.84/2021 has been amicably settled, they are not interested to proceed with the M.A. case.

In the light of the observation made above this M.A. case being No.82/2022 be and the same is disposed off.

The parties of this case are entitled to get a free copy of this judgment.
