The Complainant has filed the present complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer protection Act, 2019.

1. The case of the Complainant as revealed from the record is that the Complainant is the LIC Policy Holder vide Policy No. 124940235 of Rs. 2,00,000/- since 13.05.2010 but the LIC Agent had not deposited the premium amount of the policy after 12.11.2021 and cheated with the Complainant and misappropriated the funds of the Complainant. Complainant had paid the full premium amount to the agent upto June 2022. Due to fraudulent acts of the agent, Complainant pre-matured the Complainant’s policy and at the time of pre-mature the LIC had given the Complainant only Rs 78,000/-. The Complainant has prayed to take the action against the LIC agent according to law and compel him to refund the amount which has cheated from the Complainant time to time.  
2. We have heard the Complainant on the point of Admission and we have also perused the file. It is our considered opinion; this complaint is not covered under section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, as it is the case of breach of trust, if any.
3. Hence, we did not see any ground to admit the complaint. The complaint is dismissed accordingly.
4. Order announced on 20.12.2022.

Copy of this order be given to the complainant free of cost.

File be consigned to Record Room.
