Present Sh. Puneet Narang, son of the complainant and Sh. Varun Sharma, Counsel for OP-2 i.e. Toshiba India Pvt. Ltd.and filed compromise dated 09.03.2019 which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, OP-2 has handed over a cheque bearing no. 508317 of Rs.30,000/- drawn on Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Hindustan Times House, K.G. Marg,New Delhi to the complainant as against full & final settlement. Complainant has received said cheque from OP and photocopy of cheque alongwith receiving is placed on record and the complainant will return defective TV to OP-2 which will be picked by OP-2 from the place of the complainant.The complainant stated that no other grievance is left and case be disposed of as settled.

In view of above, the case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
