Advocate for the Complainant had filed a memo on Dt.18/012/2012, stating therein that, they have amicably settled the dispute outside the court and they do not want to proceed further in this case.

The memo allowed. In view of the memo and submission of the Complainant, the case is here-by withdrawn and disposed off accordingly.
