Both parties absent.

In course of argument learned advocate for the complainant submitted that he has no instruction from the complainant as such no evidence at all has been filed on the record.

Present complaint has been filed for a direction to the OP to close his loan account and to return the sum of Rs.9,500/- taken from him alongwith compensation for physical and mental harassment with the cost of litigation.

According to the OP the complaint debarred by the limitation from the pleding of the parties that disputes related to advancement of a sum of Rs. 9500/- advanced for sanction of loan for which no receipt has been filed as such i do not fined any merit in the complainant’s. Complainant hence the same is dismissed.
