FINAL ORDER

Sri Samaresh Kumar Mitra, Presiding Member.

This case has been filed by the complainant u/s 12 of C. P. Act, 1986 praying for Rs.30, 000/- only for continuous harassment and threatening for the past one and half years.

Today is fixed for submitting show-cause as to why the case should not be dismissed for non-prosecution.

Today the complainant is found to be absent.

From the case record it appears that on 22.2.16 the complainant was directed to take fresh steps upon the OP. But without complying with the said order, the complainant has remained absent since 24.05.16. Several opportunities were given to the complainant for taking fresh steps upon the OP but not a single step did he take.

In this situation, we are of view that the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case. As such the case should be dismissed.

            Hence,

                                               Ordered

that the Consumer Complaint No. 153/2015 be and the same is hereby dismissed for non-prosecution.

There will be no order as to cost.

Let a plain copy of this order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties on contest in person, Ld.
