The case has been called out the second time after the lunch break.  Still, no one appears for the Petitioner.  On the last date of hearing, while granting further four weeks time to the Petitioner to file the report on the inquiry conducted by the Railways, on an affidavit, it was observed that in case the same is not filed within the time granted, the Revision Petition may be dismissed for non-prosecution as well as in default.

It is pointed out by the office that the said report and the affidavit have not been filed by the Petitioner.  Even the Counsel, representing the Petitioner, is not present.

Under the circumstances, we are constrained to dismiss the Revision Petition for non-prosecution as well as in default.  Ordered accordingly.
