     As per the statement made by Sh.Yogesh P.S,Saini, Counsel for Complainant on 18.04.2023, the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, he has already received draft of an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- in the name of complainant from Sh.Amandeep Singh, Counsel for OP, in full and final settlement in the present matter. In view of the statement, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
