          In view of the fact that in the impugned order Shri Sandeep Mann, Manager of the opposite party was held guilty of non compliance of the order passed by the District Consumer Commission and sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.50,000/- to be deposited in Legal Aid Account of State Commission but was not impleaded as an appellant, learned counsel for the appellant states

 

 

that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant appeal with liberty to the appellant to file fresh appeal by impleading aforementioned Sandeep Mann as an appellant on the same cause of action.

2.      Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforementioned. 

3.      In view of the above, no orders are required to be passed in the miscellaneous application No.215 of 2020 and the same is accordingly disposed of.
