ORDER

                    Learned counsel for the OP states that payment has been made in this case and filed the photocopy of the proof of payment.

                   None has turned up on behalf of complainant / decree holder.  Case has been called several times since morning. Accordingly, the application under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 is dismissed in default.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
